Complaint Review: Mplusgps

Thanks RipoffReport for service, it's great to see something work. I was contacted by this company after I filled out a on-line survey site. (I was also contacted by several other companies.) They talked to me for about 1/2 hour. They sell GPS and it sounded good, but I am skeptical and wanted to check them out. So I called the BBB the next day and they said that Horizon Technologies had had complaints, but had resolved them.

Then, I of course logged on to Rip-off Report and saw several entries. I took the time to read through them and noticed that Horizon apparently refunded the people's money and even asked for the complaint to be removed. It was good to read the feed-back from others.

With the information, I got, I called them back and they answered my questions. They even agreed to reduce the price and sent me a written summary of everything before I made up my mind. They also went over the refund policy in writing and on the phone. So I just wanted to let people know to not just rush into ANYTHING! Always check it out.

I mentioned I got several other contacts from the same survey, but no-one else was willing to wait for my decision or send me anything in writing. So be careful and don't take a risk unless you like the product and the company. Don't let anybody pressure you into anything.
