Complaint Review: Mr and Mrs Chiang

xx Sunshine Drive, Huntington Beach is the address, where the Chiangs, slumlords, and petty tryrants, liars and cheats, rent out rooms in their decaying 50 year old house, from the outside it looks nice and the rooms look ok. But after a friend of mine lived there they found out the slumlord, Chiangs, never provide heat even when in winter the heat goes into the 40's F; They lock the water level in toilets at so low it won't even flush right, they lie about letting you use  their kitchen and after you move in and give them all the money and deposit, they point to an illegal kitchen propane gas stove in the garage, where it sits next to a washing machine that leaks every day and has standing water all the time for bacteria to grow in. The garage door, like everything else in the house is broken and they refuse to repair anything cause they have poverty consciousness and are CHEAP!!!!   Even though the house is worth 1.2 million they "can't afford to fix anything" they only provide 1 measly shelf in the refrigerator ( which they have 2 of ) so you can never fit your food.  The electric panel in the house is obsolete and faulty and the old fuses go off all the time, so you can't run hardly any electrical appliances. They don't even have cable tv and don't care if you can't get any channels; They are the most selfish, abusive landlords ever.

DONT RENT FROM THESE PETTY TYRANTS; also their son, who is like 30 still lives with them and is a complete A-hole all the time, barking orders as if he owned the place, and not his mommy and daddy; Must be nice to live rent free on mommy's dime.

THESE LANDLORDS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FOR A CRAPPY ROOM WITH NO HEAT, NO KITCHEN; LEAKING APPLIANCES, MAJOR ELECTRICAL WIRING PROBLEMS ; NO CABLE AND ANNOYING, CONDESCENDING ASIAN ATTITUDE; I HOPE THIS POST CAN SAVE PEOPLE FROM THIS'  THANK YOU
