I purchased a Samsung Blue Ray player on December 16, 2008 and before buying online I called and spoke to a representative. The prepresentative seemed very friendly and knowledgable and advised that I should order online. I was alsp told that Mr. Culpepper has several warehouses around the country and I should received my product bu UPS ground in 3 - 5 business days. I never received a tracking number and checked it's status online each day. The status showed shipped. After four days I emailed Mr.Culpepper.com daily and requsted a status on my shippment and the tracking number. I received only one response and I was told that the item was shipped, and the had a follow up survey. I called numerous times and reached no body. Finally I googled Mr. Culpepper and found similar issues. I have contacted my cred card company and disputed the charge. Buyers Beware!!! I DO NOT recommend dealing in any way with this company!
