Complaint Review: emmediate credit solutions

First I get a call from an Amanda, who tells me she wants to help fix my credit, I told her I had just signed an agreement with another company who had not helped at all and already paid close to 400 dollars to, she sympathized with me and told me they were a better company and was their goal to help people to reach their credit score goals, I told her I could not afford the service and was placed on hold.

2 minutes later a by the last name of Hasse gets on the phone and informs me the company I signed with was a scam and did nothing to help people, he knew first hand because he worked there for 7 years, of course I didn't believe him, he also stated things I already knew about my state, and how credit beareus worked, which I also already knew.

He went on to tell me how he was a credit couciling attorney I could help raise my score to 650 in 3 months, my score at the time was 560, not good, but not bad, finally I gave in after he piched his sell, 100 dollars to join, then 60 dollars each month after until I reached a score I was happy with, and could stop the program at anytime, then he suggested the first thing I dispute was all the inquiries that hit my account in the last 3 months, which was around 50 (due to applying to a small loan)

So he gave me a list of other things to do to start the process to help raise my score faster, he told me he would work my case personally and promised I could raise my score very fast, I gave my card number and the sell was final, 5 weeks later I get a letter in a stufed envelope filled with crap. The first thing I did was call him, he then said he worked in sales and was not a credit councilor.

2 weeks after that I finally received my account login details, not one thing I asked to start with was ever done, since then I get around 10 letters a week from debt collectors wanting their money, and my score is now 395, no one ever returns my calls, and still to this day none of which I asked to be worked has been worked on, of course after seeing that the first time I cancelled the card and refuse to pay for a service that won't stand behind their word.
