On July 6th, 2009 Mr. Volk has sold me pirated graphics, imaging and animation software. The software titles and prices I paid are as follows:

Corel Painter 11 - $35

The titles arrived as DVD copies of the originals with handwritten titles on the disks. The titles were not the original disks and no original activation codes or literature accompanied the disks.
Within a week of receiving the pirated copies Mr. Volk refused to return my money. He is advertising on Craigslist and accepting money using Paypal.
