Complaint Review: Mr Manns Menu

This creepy, loud man came into my store trying to sell me an ad for a menu of a local restaurant. He talked me into an add and said I could "post date" the down payment of $199. He made me sign a contract, but said he didn't have a copy and he would email it to me. The creepy man cashed the check although it was post-dated for the following month. I called him and he always had an excuse. The restaurant owner still hasn't returned my phone call about it. He wanted to barter the balance in my goods for his "8" daughters.
