Complaint Review: Mr Moonbounce

To whom it may concern,

We recently ordered services from Mr. Moonbounce located at  Mr. Moonbounce LLC – Graceland Park – Baltimore, Maryland. We prepared heavily for this visit as it was for a birthday party in Baltimore. The Mr. Moonbounce representative never showed up. We ended up having to frantically find a solution for this. The child was very upset as they were very excited for the event to happen. Being that we already pre-paid a portion of the funds in advance, our resources were now limited as to how we were able to remedy the situation. This company is not trustworthy at all and the excuse that was given was a horrible lie.

If you have children and are thinking about hiring  Mr. Moonbounce for your event, don’t do it. Save yourself the emotional drama that will come when your little one realizes that what he or she was expecting WILL NOT HAPPEN
