These are the most unprofessional, ineperienced, lazy movers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They failed to provide the supplies they promised, i.e. boxes; brought no bubble wrap, because as they stated " bubble wrap is for amateurs". They would not proceed the move even though I had a designated representative adult there at the move site while I was at a VA hospital day surgery which took me two months to get so it couldn't be rescheduled. Wouldn't start until I got there so they left and came back,

since i still wasn't actually there but my boyfriend was again...i got there and they shoved the contract in my face and asked for my signature to begin the move. I signed ....then he tells me the clock started and hour ago! We argued about this for two hours and they finally decided to start at the right time. Of course since we didn't have the boxes they promised I had to drive around looking for boxes, ended up buying boxes from wal-mart; meanwhile, while i was out they were still not moving anything, according to my witnesses.

I got back, we started packing boxes, they still didnt start loading boxes until we had 15 boxes ready! We constantly were telling them to do their job. The move ended up taking nine plus hours! Three to Midnight...They still weren't finished, but as the mover said it is a courtesy to get the final payment prior to taking off the balance of the items from the truck. He quoted the balance at 944$ you read right...a 3 bedroom home from Mesquite to Richardson to a 2 bedroom apartment was 1100 with the initial deposit I paid them!!!

So when I asked about how this amount was calculated...the mover called his boss and told him about my question, next thing i know they locked the truck and left within 30 seconds. They moved faster than they had moved all day! Worst thing is even though they were supposedly Almost done and getting the final payment, here my property that was still left on the truck: A leather sofa, leather loveseat, 56" TV, TV stand, 32" TV, Marble dining room table, Marble top palladium style dresser, girls room dresser, full sized washer and dryer and other personal items and miscellaneous items and boxes.

So one question....how was all that going to be unloaded in 15 minutes??? Impossible right? Then when I called the sales manager, Joshua, about the situation ... he said my property could be re-delivered for a fee of about 400$ plus the 944$ already owed!!! Even after i EXPLAINED in detail what they did. To this day they still have my property... I am a disabled veteran on limited income and obviously cannot afford this ransom! Anyone please help! and don't think for one second this is everything that happened...the movers took smoke breaks, and were even stopping to talk to my new neighbors in the apartment complex about football, etc. They even asked one of my neighbors where he could score some drugs!

I wish to be charged a reasonable amount for the poor service, performance and broken contract. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount for a 3 bedroom move from Mesquite to North Dallas that should not have taken 10 plus hours with three men plus help from my family. This should not have been charged $1000 plus, especially when the movers broke the contract from the beginning by not bringing the promised boxes; and refused to refund my money ($200 deposit) when I wanted to cancel because they came without what they promised; this was before they had actually moved anything but they wouldn't refund my money so I was compelled to continue.
