Mr. MUA Cosmetics No email, make up, eyeshadow, palette, Internet
I ordered:
2 eyeshadow palettes
3 nail polish
1 mascara
1 concealer pen
I got everything (won't speak of the terrible quality of some products) exactly one week later, except for 1 of the eyeshadow palettes. I emailed them a few days later with how I can understand things like that happen sometimes and if they would please send me the other palette.
They replied to me that they needed mij order info.. That I have them right away. Didn't hear from them for a week, so i sent another email. they - again - asked me for my order info. I emailed again saying I just want my money back and it would be fine after that. No respond. I think I might have sent them 10 emails now in 2 weeks. Never got a reply again.
THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING!
It was only 1 palette but others might miss out on a lot more money or products!
