A man that says his name is Mr. Reebrooks calls me, it came up as Jamaica call on my caller I.D., and tells me that i have won $2.6 million but he will cover 85% of the cost to mail the certified check leaving me to pay only $188. When I told him that I was going to check him out he hung up the phone. Don't fall for this scam.
