Im a partial retired owner operator who had needed some relief from tax debts.I saw an ad at three years ago on television. It stated that they could help reduce my tax debt by negotiation. Well,I tried several times to make contact with this so called lawyer and I have not heard from in about 2 years.
This person probably has stolen my identity for his own pleasure for all the information that he has asked for when I first made contact with this US Tax Relief Agency.I have receipts for the money sent for the amount of $2,200.00 Bank Of America. Me and my wife both are dietabetics.I still have this $50,000.00 debt and the goverment would love to take everything away that I worked hard for all my life.I continued to try to keep my head up and try to pay my taxes.I'm almost 70 years old now, still driving my semi, hauling loads on the east coast & mid west paying expensive diesel prices with no backup plan, an uncertain future.
I recently tried to contact this gentleman and got no reply.
I want to get my money back if I can.If there is anyone legitmate who has knowledge of this individual please respond to this report.

Old Lesson that some of my family members learned too late...

NEVER USE THE SERVICE OF AN ATTORNEY WHO APPEARS ON TV LIKE A CARNIVAL AD....and the loud and strident commercials of a certain attorney I have seen on a certain video site come to mind... His ad is like a used car salesman only I think a used car salesman has more honor and honesty and for sure a lot more dignity.

ALWAYS DEPEND ON WORD OF MOUTH REFERRALS for an attorney --unless the person you are asking is related to the attorney or working for the attorney then scratch it and ask somebody else.

The first time I was injured in a car accident, I asked my friends who did they use to handle their personal injury claims and one gave me the names of some pretty amazing lawyers who won for me a $5,000 settlement.

The second time I was injured, I was unable to contact the attorneys I had worked wtih previously so I used an attorney who advertised on TV and made the mistake of letting the case intake attorney know that was how I had been referred.

And so, I only got $1.800 or so in my next car accident. I wasn't even driving and I got hurt in it much worse than the one before.

It must be the same with these high-flying bankruptcy attorneys.
Unless you had a debt against them BEFORE they filed bankruptcy, I think you are SOL because I had some sorry security company contracting employers who owed me quite a bit of money too and when they filed bankruptcy, I found out about it too late and could not collect what they owed me. They did it twice to my knowledge. They can't keep good people but that's true of ALL private security contractors.

AIf I were you, I would check and see how many times these particuliar lawyers separately or as a corporation ( preferably the one you sent money too) have filed for bankruptcy. If you can show a clear pattern of soliciting money from people and then filing bankruptcy after they have gotten enough suckers on the line to fall for their lies, then you might want to get the State Attorney General where you live to pick up the pace and maybe the FBI to go after what sure looks like FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR to me.
