Mr. Rooter of Elk Grove, California, does good work, but they are very expensive. They wanted to charge us $126 for a $3 part that I ended up buying from Home Depot. The man who serviced our home was very experienced and knowledgeable in plumbing. This was a GOOD THING but WE PAID $365 to have 3 SINK DRAIN PIPES CLEANED and repaired that were CLOGGED WITH HAIR AND LEAKED BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT TIGHTENED DOWN AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I am not in objection to paying fair wages for good work, but we never expected to pay this much.
