Mr Russell Reed reed land properties he accepted a deposit payment of $5000 for sale of a property, once it was accepted said the property had been broken into and damaged and would need more money for it now to pay for the damage when i fontana, California
this person/company accepted a payment of $5000 as downpayment on the purchase of a property and the balance was due on completion of sale.
after he received the money he then told me the propery had been broken into and a lot of damage had been done and would need a higher price for the property, I refused as i had agreed to purchase the property at a price in good order.
he then informed me he had lost the property saying he was only the third party and didn`t own the property in the first place and said he had now lost the deposit and did not have the funds to return to me
i beleive what he has done is illegal and still has refused to return my money.
