If you saw these employees and owners in action, you'd run.  Be sure to check their YELP page - reading all reviews. Please BEWARE of doing business with this company. I had to get the police to their location today and they told us there are all kinds of complaints on this business and they've been up there for the similar before. Charged me over $900 to diagnose the problem on car and left with the transmission in a box, car towed, because I will not pay a cent more to have this company do anything for a vehicle of mine.

After paying $450 to "fix" the transmission issue, over almost a whole week more than it was supposed to, they then told me it would be no additional charge to diagnose the issue by going into the transmission. Once they quoted another $1500 to "fix" the new found issue of four parts needing to be replaced, I indicated I wanted to take it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion and the car was working fine previously except the jerk from 1st to 2nd gear so I would continue driving it until I decided what to do.  At this point, I was told it would be another $500 to get my car back to driveable condition - this was via "do boy Bobby who also goes by Tim".  If you read enough of the reports, you'll see these people use a bunch of Aliases.

Anyway,  called back to speak with the owner Alan Polson and was then told it would $457 to tow the car and take the transmission in a box and $718 to drive it out in the condition it came in.  This is on top of the $450 cash already paid.  They tried to give us a paper receipt with no company name, what was serviced, nothing on it but the amount paid and our names from a receipt book. The police had to enforce that we would be leaving with a proper receipt which then took them over an hour to produce.  They tried to bring down / close all the garage doors while our vehicle was still inside  - my husband physically stood in the door.  The police went and stood in the office asking them what on earth was taking so long and what were they up to.  They told us outside that they get calls on this business all the time. The police completed a report and I'll be suing them just as soon as I get everything together. I've called corporate, and will continue writing everywhere possible about this business, the employees and the owners. I have it all on video.  I nor my husband ever cursed these people in speaking with them yet they cursed us, hung up, put us on hold for 10+ minutes, shifted us around to other "fake" entities etc all before actually going down there today to handle getting our car back. Insult to injury, their technician Josh had the nerve to yell to my husband "Get a Job" because we were up there at 11a in leisure wear - the officer quickly yelled at him to pipe down.

We own 3 businesses and would NEVER handle customers in any type of similar fashion.  How this business remains in business with all of these complaints is beyond me but please if you're reading this in advance, run.  This is NOT a reputable business by any standards.  Do your homework with BBB, Yelp, here and Gwinnett County.
