Mr.Wireless has a new name, it is WirelessStore USA. But they are still up to the same thing as before. I bought a phone from them in Dec 2008 tha they said was "New, never used, not refubished". When i got it it did not work, a Verizon tech told me it was a refurbished phone and when the past users info was erased they also erased some imprtant files from the phone that make it recognize the network. It also came with a quickstart guide fron Asurion insurance services which is a cell phone insurance company. So beware of Mr. WIreless or WirelessStoreUSA on Ebay, they are not selling what they claim to be! I will update my report after I have contacted the seller with their response to my problem.

On November 17, 2008 I purchased a new Motorola phone from the seller. The item was listed as being new, and was supposed to come with additional accessories. When I received the phone it had obviously been used, and the ESN had previously been registered. It was also missing the accessories. I contacted the seller, who at first refused to give me a refund. I left appropriate negative feedback on eBay in response. The next day I received a call from the company with an RMA number (RMA#11-xxxx) and was told to return the phone for a full refund, plus shipping. I returned the phone on 12/02/08 via FedEx with the following tracking number: 782120610xxxxxx. Tracking information shows the phone delivered back to the company on December 4, 2008. When I still did not receive a refund after that, I called the company to see when I could expect my refund. I was told they would not give me my refund unless I changed my negative feedback on eBay to positive. I refused to do so. In response they have refused to give me a refund.

I have noticed that the feedback for this seller changes from negative to postive a lot. I know he is doing the same to other buyers, refusing to refund them their money unless they change the feedback to positive.

Now, 6 weeks later, I still do not have my refund, and the seller refuses to communicate any further unless I change my feedback.
