"forgets to pay" certain things such as employees, brokerage bond, etc. This is a woman owned company and she is rude and disrespectful to men including her live in handicapped boyfriend. This woman appears to try very hard to get three businesses off the ground. Although, I am not qualified to diagnose, she displays many of the same signs of BiPolar disorder II. She forgets to file paperwork, forgets little things like paying her employees and is extremely short tempered with any males that she comes in contact with.
I worked for her for just under a month and watching her treat her live in handicapped boyfriend like a second class citizen, her only truck driver, who was also a male, was an idiot in her eyes and I was to do all the Driver Qualification packet updating while she had over half of the required information at different undisclosed locations.
Payday was merely a forgotten suggestion as I never saw a paycheck nor did I even know what I was going to be making. I know that sounds ridiculous, but I am somewhat trusting in the fact that if i do a good job, I would receive a good wage. Not only did I not receive a good wage, I never received a wage at all.
If you are thinking about hiring on as a dispatcher, you had first and foremost be female as this is a woman owned company and she won't let you forget that part, and secondly, get your wages negotiated in writing before you come to work the first day.
