I MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING "GIRLS GONE WILD" (2 TAPES FOR ONLY $9.98) FOR A FRIEND'S BACHELOR PARTY. EVER SINCE, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $23.98 EACH MONTH ON THE PROVIDIAN GOLD CREDIT CARD I USED, AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ADDITIONAL TAPES. IT WAS 5 MONTHS BEFORE I NOTICED THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO MY CARD (I TRAVEL A LOT AND DIDN'T TAKE TIME TO LOOK OVER MY BILL UNTIL THIS MONTH). WHEN I CONTACTED PROVIDIAN, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO ALLOW THESE CHARGES AS LONG AS THEY ARE SUBMITTED TO THEIR COMPANY. (EVEN THOUGH I ASKED THEM TO STOP LETTING MRA VIDEO CHARGE TO MY CARD). ANY SUGGESTIONS?

i spoke to providian about mra video. i was told i could change my numbers on the charge. the credit people are supposed to do something, not go along with the company especially mra video bad business practices that they are doing. i recently canceled with providian because of stagering 29.99% apr. you have a right as a consumer to do what you think and not what they want.
