email is videosales@mravideo.com 323-965-8710

Bad News: We received $50 monthly charges and videos for months with no means to cancel. Phone # we were given by our credit card company was repetitive recordings including the customer service line. Canceled credit card and requested AMEX not to do business with clients who were this misleading. Faxed copies of all the Rip Off Reports to AMEX also.

Good News: I found them. Someone at their company wrote an ugly response back to one of the Rip Off Reports and I sent an email to their email address webcancel@girlsgonewild today telling them my card is cancelled and not to continue sending videos.

Great News: I received an email from videosales@mravideo.com (customer service) this same day telling me my subscription has been cancelled and to call them at 323-965-8710 if I have any further questions.

In closing: What was to have been a gift to my son turned into a nightmare. The mailing labels on the videos say their customer service is mravideo.com which is a bad email address. Proper information thru their mailing distribution center would prevent many upset clients by providing proper data for contacting the Girls Gone Wild owners. Without the web, I would never have found them. There are many people who will never find them to cancel their subscriptions until they provide proper information with the videos through the mail. Does this qualify them as rip offs? You be the judge. My order is cancelled!
