I got a phone call back in August asking if I wanted 2 free GGW videos at no expense other than shipping. After answering 5 questions I gave them my credit card number for the shipping cost and was told to hold for verification. I was then sent to another person who tried to say that I agreed on a subscription to GGW and that I would be billed $24.95/ month. I said no and that wasn't what I agreed on. Then the other salesperson immediately cut back in and said she would take care of that and quickly got me of the phone. She said her name was Carlie.

In September I was billed for one DVD at the price of $24.95. I was immediately infuriated. I looked up the web-site "www.ggwcustomerservice.com" online and it directed me to girlsgonewild.com where I found cancellation/return information. I promplty returned my DVD to the Van Nuys address with a note saying to cancel my subscription and refund my money. However I was billed again in Obtober and sent another DVD! Needless to say I am extremely angry with these liars. They need to be exposed because they are a complete fraud!
