My husband ordered the GGW video (What a DEAL!) and that has turned to be nothing but a headache!! He used his credit card and paid the small fee for the buy one get one free video but it doesn't end there. We received additional shipments, which we wrote, "RETURN TO SENDER" on the boxes and put back in our mailbox (mistake #2!).

A few weeks later, a charge appeared on my husband's credit card statement, so I go on the website and tried to cancel any future orders, there is no place to do this (ordering is no problem) so I sent them an email, via their site.

I received an email back stating I can no do this transaction through their website. I called the phone number listed on the credit card statement and after being transferred around and on hold for quite some time, I was advised that they would send me a cancellation packet in the mail. Two or three weeks later we received another shipment, which I promptly wrote, "RETURN TO SENDER" and placed in the mailbox. I never did receive the cancellation packet, but in calling my husband's credit card company and filing a complaint and a request to reimburse the charges for the two shipments we returned, the shipments have stopped.

Now, MRA/GGW video is stating they never received the shipments back (and that is a load of crap!) and refuses to refund our money. The credit card company is asking for proof that we returned the shipments...since I just wrote, "RETURN TO SENDER" on the boxes, I have no proof. I feel that if they are doing this to us, they are doing it to others and I think they should be stopped!! This is unfair business practice and is costing innocent people lots of money (and credit card companies too). DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
