Complaint Review: MRC Services & Sheila Ellis

Received a call from Sheila Ellis today stating that there was a pending case against me and either me or my attorney of record should contact her office immediately to avoid further action. First,  she left a message and never asked for me just left the message and told me to call. 

Never heard of MRC and have no idea why they are calling me. Second, I have have only had my cell number for a few months now and this is the first call from this person, don't know how the got my number
