MRCYCLES.com MR Cycles Never received product or credit after 3 months Asheville North Carolina
Back on August 11, 2014, I visited their website and ordered a petcock assemby for my motorcycle and paid for 2 day shipping thinking I would get it in a reasonable time. I called a few days later and a guy told me my order has not been processed yet, I was patient and waited longer. 9 days had passed and I still hadn't received any tracking or anything, so I e-mailed the company asking them to cancel my order, i ordered the part from a local bike shop and got the part in 2 days. After e-mailing them to cancel the order i got an automated ticket number that said the problem would be resolved within 24 hours, I still never heard anything. I waited another week and gave them a call, they said they would cancel the order and issue me a credit, so I checked my account the following week and no credit ever came through. I called again a month later and went through the same thing, again no credit ever came through. It has been 3 months since I placed the order, still no credit and still no product and I am out $124.44. Just frustrated at this point.
