Complaint Review: MRK Sales

MRKSALES uses dishonest and sneaky business practices. They advertized monthly electronic tool rentals in which they charge you before 1 month is complete. Placed a order for a rental on Jan 24th, they shipped January 29th and did not receive until FEBUARY 5th. almost 11 days after ordering which is confirmed by tracking number 9405511699000671290550, I then returnted it on Febuary 28th and they received back on March 5th via fedex tracking number 469083712014.

I only had the piece of equipment in my hand for aprrox 24 days. They received it back within 1 month of me having it, but they still insist they consider the time is from when I place my order, no where on their website do they explain that. They use that trickery to bill customeres that are unaware of their unethical business practice. I spoke to Matt are MRK SAles and he still wouldnt give me my full refund of what they charged me for a 2nd month of rental. I will also submit a compaint with the B.B.B of illionois.
