My Time At MRM MARKETING

On December 31,2014 I went to my first interview at Kirby. There I filled out my application like so many before I figured it was a lost cause like all the others. As I turned in my application the hiring manager smiled bright and welcomed me into her office to talk about the job.

First off I stared her straight in the eyes because it was the only way I could focus on talking about my experience. Thats when I noticed there trick. They hired this girl who was in my opinion very beautiful but in other guys opinions she was smoking hot. Low cut shirt tight yoga pants kinda see through clothes. That kinda put in my head she must be really smart or succesful to be a hiring manager.

Well turns out she worked for kirby six months before she was made the hiring manager. Now while working for three solid months at kirby. I realized why. 98% of the people that were hired were young guys. They all had hopes when hired on to do a great job get great pay and try like heck to get into her pants. I mean all I heard was look at that butt and I bet she is a freak.

With promise of a cancun trip that she would be going on were there was unlimited drinks your own hotel room what guy wouldnt try his hardest to sell 15 kirbys and make fast cash? Then I noticed people I sold to who needed a kirby and wanted the kirby would cancel there orders all the sudden. It kept happening at random like you would suspect.

But for me who left my personal number on the card and had them call me if they needed anything to keep them happy and keep there business. This was a surprise for me. So it went from 600 dollar checks to 1200 dollar checks to 35 bucks? I started getting back on my game and dishing out some killer demos. Then it took one ride with the GM to realise. I thought I was 5 steps ahead on people. The owner Marcus the GM Matt and the hiring manager Mandy.

They thought nobody knew they were 10 steps above us. I mean a hot hiring manager any guy in the office do anything for, The great GM Who rallied us on pep talks and what we thought was helping us when we needed personal help. The owner who invited us to his house and made us feel special by saying we were best in the office.

It dawned on me that they were exploiting us. Not like a waiter gets exploited at 2.00 an hour. But they exploited us our sales. By promising trips which some did come true. Promising big screen tvs which people did win. But they exploited us for 18 hours a day and not a single person made a 1200 bi weekly salary bc even if there demo count was perfect and there demo perfect.

They didnt pull enough pads. didnt do a long or short enough demo, didnt come to work in a overly great attitude. So the salary was dropped and a gift was given in its place say 100 maybe 400 bucks for 2 weeks. Then your sales 9 times out 10 were b loans so u only made 50 bucks. instead of the commision promised on your sheet.

Dont get me wrong I had an awesome time working for them. But there promises were never kept. There is a catch to everything and the most important part to remember is you cant bull**** a bull****er. Grade A job for kids with no bills and no lives that love to drive around in vans cramped up all day listening to loud music. That wont realize they literlaly might make 3.00 an hour if they are lucky.

But the bigger picture here is that mrm marketing and others just like it have to scam the ignorant so they can make there money they scam people who sell the kirby they scam the ones who train the sellers. They even scam the people who buy. Yes you can make alot of money if you are dedicated and comne out on top but remember. You pay your own taxes. and at the end of the week you wont make at all close to the money you are guranteed from your sales or salary..

I wish them the best but hey looks like they already got the best out of me 3monthhs of dedication and nothing to show for it. exept boggus dollar tree rewards and some sore joints from being crammed in a van from 8am til 2am. This is the truth and this is the reality. You make what you choose out of this report.

Guys see a pretty girl and assume they are doing what theyre doing because of looks! Pretty girls have to work even harder to prove themeslves an asset rather than just eye candy. Keep doing you haters gonna hate. And you obviously cant take everything you read on the internet to heart. This is exactly what these sites are about complainers who want to complain! Stay blessed girl!

I suppose it may be a compliment but I am NOT in my position for asthetic reasons! I am reliable and will out work anyone. I'm the kind of person who will win or die trying. Thats the kind of mentality you need in this business to be in MG anyway!
