My daughter is in a modeling school with John Robert Powers in Baltimore. They regularly invite photographers from New York to help us with fashion photography. It so happened that my daughter has scheduled to be photographed by Mrs. Jill Wachter a photographer from New York.
I dont know much about fashion; however, all pictures had the same grey background regardless of what my daughter was having on. Mrs. Jill Wachter took a lot of pictures but I could not choose anything I liked they all look the same. I thought that photographers must know how to position kids.
I felt it is important for me to share my experience as I noticed that Mrs. Jill Wachter was not happy that some parents did not like her pictures and even so that John Robert Powers paid her she is trying to get more money.
We parents should have the right to be able to choose the photography we like.
