I was notified by mail that I was selected through a ballot system drawn from 25,000 names as part of International Promotions Product which is conducted annually.

I was informed in the letter that the payment office was located in North America was responsible for processing my winnings. All prize money was to be claimed not later than August 28th,2005.I responded to the letter on 8-10-05 and gave Mrs Daniels the Batch and Reference numbers from the letter.

She informed me that they were correct and I had won $50,000. She said I would receive a Fed-EX delivery in 10 to 11 days. There would be 2 checks enclosed and directions on what I was to do with the second check. I waited until 8-14-05 to call and see if the checks had been sent and left my number on her service. I placed 5 calls to her service on 8-15-05 . I finally reached her on the 5th call and she assured me that the checks
had been sent. I have left numerous messages since then and have not received any response. I even asked for the Fed-Ex tracking number so I could check from my end with Fed-Ex. All I wanted was the Tracking Number so I could see if they had tried to deliver to my home. I was concerned that they may have left it by the door. We had one left at the door once and it contained papers we needed to sign but if this was left it was to contain checks. I am really upset that Mrs Daniels
hasn't had the courtesy to call and give me the information.
I feel that this notification of my being a winner is Fraudulant and felt I needed to warn others about this. It is easy now days for stolen mail containing checks can be cashed by someone who will get a share of the money. This incident has made me mistrust people which really STINKS.

Not sure is this is a Rip-Off but it sure is mail fraud as far as I'm concerned.
