Complaint Review: MrTailLight.com

I placed a large order with MrTailLight, Including; a grille, taillights, body clips, filler panels and headlights. They stuffed it all in one box with no proof of purchase or any sort of invoice. Upon opening the box, immediately i noticed there were broken and missing parts. It took me 3 days to get them to answer my emails and phone calls.

I told them my situation with the broken and missing parts and they said they would call me back. Days pass so I called THEM back, and they said "oh yeah we did some research and found that we sent them out by the weight of the box". WELL GUESS WHAT?!?! THEY DID NOT!!!

I have contacted the BBB, my bank and VISA and behalf of the situation to refund me my money for parts i did not receive!

(I also posted a bad customer review on their site, they intern DELETED IT and under MY NAME posted a five star review on how great their customer service was and how i tried to RIP THEM OFF!!)  !!!PIGS!!!

 Do business of and kind/sort with MrTailLight, They ARE 100% fraudulent!!!!!
