Ms. Advertised Pyramid pads. Buy 3, get 4th free. Two orders cost me $215.46. Now see the same thing at same site for $4:00, orginal $10:00. Ordered beginning Of Dec. for Christmas, Received after New Year. Never responded when I asked for a tracking #, or anything else I asked. I am writing to complain about the charges made to me on pyramid pads. I have no idea what the last
choices had to do with any of that. If I did not like the product, I would be returning it, however, I would
like to be reimbursed the amount over what I should have been charged which was a lot less. Looking on that
website, I see the pads are marked down from original $10 to $4. My order was buy 3, get one free. I orderd
two packs. Was charged $215.46, and it took a well over a month to arrive. I contacted the company for
a tracking number and got no response. As they were Christmas gifts, I was very frustrated that I was not
getting in feeback. Before coming to this site, I was asked for my order #. Message immediately came up,
"incorrect order number". It was exactly what was on the sheet as my order # 104585. This is the last time I
will ever order on line to your company or any other as much as I would like the product.
I received a total of 8 pads in two packages. A month and a half, and the fraud to me is the money. I respectively
expect this matter will be taken care of, with a check for the difference sent to me asap. I don't wish to
fight over this or call my credit card and have it go on and on. Just please return the over cost. I also expect you will
respond to this email. soon. Terribly frustrating. I am not one who believes in confrontation. Just do the right
thing, and it will be ended.
