MS Intergate - Milford Skane Took millions from investors and spent it on personal merchandise and life style Riverside California
On or around October in 1998 Milford Skane, CEO of MS Intergate decided to have a private funding in order to grow an internal product called Cyberseats developed by an employee named Tony Chung. I myself worked for the company and was an investor as well.
We raised millions of dollars only to find Skane had been miss using funds for family matters including cars, laptops and first class travel. He put family members on the payroll and gave them a %100 401k match even though they did not do anything for the company.
These are a few of many egregious practices performed by Skane. Here is a report done by the Orange County Register about this story in which I was involved inthe lawsuit against them.

Since all this Skane has lost a 950k lawsuit to Tony chung yet he alledgedly continues to try to raise funds for this company...
How can he continue to stay a free man?
