Complaint Review: MS PUPPY CONNECTION

I AM USING A FAMILY MEMBER'S EMAIL ADDRESS TO WRITE ON HERE. THIS IS DEBBIE FROM MUNCHKINLAND. I had decided not to sell ROXXANE a puppy so why would I care if she bought from you since I referred her to go to other breeders! AS YOU WILL SEE IN THE EMAILS DOWN BELOW! Proof that  I was in no way in "competiton" with you. Proof of "no financial gain". 

I HAVE NO REASON TO WRITE TO DEFAME YOU AS EMAIL PROOF WILL SHOW BELOW, BUT I KNOW MANY BREEDERS COME TO THIS SITE AND PRETEND TO BE OTHER BREEDERS TO STIR UP TROUBLE AND SOME HAVE PRETENDED TO BE ME HERE AS WELL. REPORTS ON  MUNCHKINKAND ARE FAKE AND FROM JEALOUS BREEDERS, MADE UP TOO,  SO YOU ARE NOT ALONE

The email you posted with your clients email address and home phone number destroys her privacy. I feel certain that she would not have given you permission to do so. So what is she suppose to tell people about me so that you would post her home phone? That I refused to sell to her? Terrible invasion of her privacy. And it is terrible that I have to now offer proof in emails we sent to her in order prove my innocence. FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY:

I WAS UNDER  HORRIBLE STRESS SEPT 11 TO SEPT 20 DUE TO MORE THEN ONE CRISIS IN MY FAMILY. I DID  TRY TO KEEP HANDLING EMAILS AND CONTINUING WITH BUSINESS AS NORMAL. I HAD SENT ROXANNE SEVERAL EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS WHEN SHE CONTACTED US LOOKING TO BUY A PUPPY. DURING OUR FAMILY CRISIS I STILL SENT HER OVER 7 EMAILS OVER A COURSE OF 6 OR 7 DAYS AND UDATED PHOTOS ALL WHILE MY BELOVED PET HAD BEEN SHOT AND DURING THIS SAME TIME I WAS IN A LIFE AND DEATH BATTLE WITH HALF MY DAYS SPENT AT THE ANIMAL HOSPITAL AND MY NIGHTS SLEEPLESS. I DID THE BEST I COULD IN HANDLING EMAILS AND UPDATING PHOTOS, AND WHEN  I RECEIVED A RUDE EMAIL FROM ROXANNE  COMPLAING I HAD NOT DONE ENOUGH ( WHICH I WILL NOT POST) I THEN REFUSED TO SELL HER A PUPPY AND ADVISED HER TO FIND ANOTHER BREEDER. I have been not as attentive to my emails because 5 days ago my grandmother had a stroke and is now in hospice dying and my beloved cat got shot three times and I have spent half my days at the hospital, three transfusions and major surgery later.  Never assume that life is always fine on the other side. Sometimes people have emergencies and business always come second to family.

I answered emails since my baby was shot and have worked on my web-site because I believe that it is important to carry on with the responsibilities in life despite ones hardships. You never asked how he was doing, just upset that I was not giving you even more information and more emails then I already had during this time of crisis. Since I was the sole caregiver to this cat and to all of the puppies, it is  professional that I continued to handle business, at least as well as possible, considering what was and is going on. I am sure you will find another breeder with quality puppies as I am not the only one. At this time I just can't deal with you.
