Complaint Review: MS PUPPY CONNECTION

I checked both places out and also spoke to both owners ; they do not have same puppies. They may look similar since pictures seem to be enhanced but they are different.

Mspuppyconnection has massive amount of puppies all the timeand the other place has only few. Also their location is totally different; one in Mississipi and one in Vancouver Canada

It appears that this person suffers from some sort of anxiety disorder.

My advice to this person is to take your meds, and a deep breath and get a grip on reality.

How would you possibly take a simple word of advice as a "threat".

The store associate was merely offering advice so you would not be inconvenienced, I'm sure.

I have new information from a breeder who got her information from other breeders and from a family that was asked by Ashley to POSE as winners of a puppy!

A breeder I recently contacted weeks ago said she spoke to several people who called her and blew the whistle on Ashley. On sick puppies arriving late at night on flights from Russia and Ashley paying people to go to the airport and keep the puppies for days at a time. Of trucks coming to the homes and puicking the puppies up. Of puppies being so sick  after the long flights and Ashley not listening when the babysitters called her to say puppies were close to dying. Ashley would brush it off as nothing. Of the babysitters taking the puppies to emergency without Ashley's permission and eventually the toll reached into the low thousands and not getting reimbursed by Ashley who could have cared less if the puppies died with the babysitters.

Ms Puppy Connection and Luxpup have the same dogs. Go check it out. I obtained a list of the Korean kennels from the breeder who obtained the list from another breeder. You can go to the Korean websites and see the puppies Ashley is importing here to the States. You can find the exact same puppies on the websites in Korea for $800 and on Ms Puppy Connection for $3500. Ashley Anderson is using the professional photos the Koreans take of the puppies, not her own. If you must have a Korean puppy then go to the source and can find out about the kennel conditions and then choose to buy or not.

MS PUPPY CONNECTION is not related with LUXPUP.

LUXPUP is in Vancouver, Canada and has been running this business for over 2 years now.   I believe the owner is Korean.  Canadian governement is very strict with commercial animal import and their requirements are a lot harder compare to US.  I've been following several puppy sites for a while now and LUXPUP seems to be pretty legit.

Ashley Anderson is known for her crimes for many years and is very known among breeders for bad brokering.  However, it is buyer's responsiblity to search before they give her money and protect themselves.  Words will spread in no time and she will suffer again just like what happened in the past.  I just feel sorry for her.  How miserable would her life be?  Always having to lie to cover up her old lies and dealing with complaints every day.  Some people just don't learn from their mistakes.

A cover up! Many customers upset for many years now and scammed out of thousands of dollars. Ashley Anderson just acts like she is being cyber bullied by breeders.

Calling a person that take $3500.00 from my 2 kids lifetime saving a MONSTER???? Yes, she is more than a MONSTER.
I purchased an English bulldog for a total of $3500.00 including shipping from Ashley Anderson at nightingalebullies.com. I didn't get the puppy so she gave me a credit of lifetime for $3500.00 after 6 months I tried to redeem the credit and she wouldn't return my calls or answer my emails after another 6months of trying I finally contact the attorney general of MS. They wrote her letters but no luck, they advised me to contact an independent attorney. I continued to called her and finally she answer the phone and said that the credit is no good because I contact the attorney general, so now seem like I'm out of $3500.00. I'm contacting local attorneys in Vaiden, MS to see if I could get her to pay me back the $3500 or give me a puppy. In the mean time I want to get this out so she doesn't take your money then don't sent you the puppy. I'm a true customer of her and I live in Minnesota not a competition trying to bring her company down. If you don't belive me and don't like money then call her and do business with her. Learn your lesson the hard way.

Ashley is making website after website. She plays the con artist very well. She will not hestitate to make her scammed customers look like nothing. Her cover is that competition is attacking her. Go to the BIZCLAIMS and (((Redacted))) online and read all the customer complaints on her since 2003. Only diff is now Ashley is retailing small dogs. There is an open case with the Attorney General of Mississippi against Ashley Anderson. Scammed buyers are encouraged to contact for a class action.

This is Debbie. I honestly appreciate your trying to help, but posting just makes things worse. If anyone wants to help then contact me through my website NOT on this forum PLEASE.

I agree importing puppies overseas is horrible in my opinion, but maybe Ashley is not doing it anymore. She says on her website that she uses breeders near her. That could be the truth!

As long as she and other Brokers give customers the name of the breedesr who bred the parents of the puppies, the phone number and address so they can check on the conditions of the adult dogs and find out the medical history and bloodlines, then what is so bad buying from that kind of an honest broker?  There are good and bad brokers just like good and bad dog breeders.

If a Broker is up front and lets the customer contact the breeder of the puppies then what is so bad about helping a breeder sell their puppies? I have never sold to a broker or petshop in my life but maybe one day I will be too sick from my Lupus and I might want to trust a friend to help me, but of course I would make sure the buyer had all my information. Isn't that what is important? Having information?

Only the Petshops and Brokers that would object to giving the buyer of the puppy the breeder information would reveal the Broker is buying and selling puppies from bad conditions.

 Like in Ca here I have walked into Petshops and have actually seen the carriers puppies have arrived in from Missouri. The carriers were left out in full view. Goes to show how  most Petshops and Brokers think consumers are totally ignorant and can't figure out 2 + 2. Haha looks like they know they are right. People here in Ca bought those mill puppies!

Not all Brokers who resell puppies are like that. I am sure that some will be happy to give you the name of the breeders of the puppies so you can check out and make sure it isn't a mill and get medical and bloodline info. I bet Ashley is that type of re seller and will do this for you. Maybe the breeders she helps are old and sick.

This is Debbie and I wanted to clear up any misunderstandings. Allegations were put against us on this forum by Ms Puppy Connection stating that we were jealous because a consumer bought a puppy from them instead of us. I provided email proof that the consumer had come to us first to buy a puppy, but we refused sale to the consumer for reasons we felt were justifed. The consumer was advised by Munchkinland to please find another breeder, which she did. This was what we wanted. Perfectly fine with us. We had advised her to do exactly that. This consumer had been willing to pay up to  $4000 or more for a puppy from us and WE chose not to proceed with the adoption of our puppy. I did not post all the emails between this consumer and us to help protect her privacy and ours. The consumers full name, first and last, as well as her phone number and email address were posted here by Ms Puppy Connection, NOT by us. I had a couple people contact regarding this subject which is why I have come here to day to clear up any misunderstandings.

The email you posted with your clients email address and home phone number destroys her privacy. I feel certain that she would not have given you permission to do so. So what is she suppose to tell people about me so that you would post her home phone? That I refused to sell to her? Terrible invasion of her privacy. And it is terrible that I have to now offer proof in emails we sent to her in order prove my innocence. FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY:

I have been not as attentive to my emails because 5 days ago my grandmother had a stroke and is now in hospice dying and my beloved cat got shot three times and I have spent half my days at the hospital, three transfusions and major surgery later.  Never assume that life is always fine on the other side.
