Its really sad what these people are doing. Our experience is dreadful with ms puppy connection. Mspuppyconnection claims to be doing this to help people find thier soul mate puppy. Money and Greed is the real reason.
They broker these puppies out, and justify it with words like we are searching for your perfect puppy because we care, they are the so called middle man. Money hungry, non educated, puppy back yard mill pushers.
They may not breed them but they are helping sell puppy mill puppies at rediculous prices and are not better than the actual breeders that mass produce pups and could care less where they go and to whom.
If they care so much why do I pay 3500.00 plus fees and they paid 500.00 to the breeder for the same puppy. Just plain Nutts.
They make lots of money off other peoples pets, they never even have these dogs
They told me this and thats why they are not responsible for my pet being a mutt. They just take the payment and give the breeders pennies on the dollar and your screwed if you need help.
They do not know the real condition of the dog they are sending you they never see it.
I bought a tiny chihuahua, we just had too...... and had a test done through a private lab on it to see what was in the DNA and how the nose could be so flat for a chihuahua. Just as my husband suspected its a cross between a pug 20% and a chihuahua 60% and Brussels griffon 20%.
We are out 3500.00 and no one will take our calls now. How can they charge so much for mixed breed dogs and Why will they not stand behind this pup that they sold us.
If anyone has bought a puppy from them too and will test their puppy please let me now what you find out.
We would like to take them to court if we can get enough complaints.
They were really nice untill the bill was paid, we cant even find the real breeder of our dog.
If something goes wrong they will not release any information and they make you sign a contract stating they are not responsible for any thing that goes wrong with the puppy ( no refunds) and you have to contact the breeder Only they will not help us and give us this information. SO NOW WHAT
Be smart these puppies are not 100% purebreeds they are mixing the breeds to get short faces that are unreal.
In most cases you do not even get the puppy you call about or place a deposit on.
They get the deposit then you have to take what is available. I got called back after the deposit was taken for the pup I wanted saying that one is sold but we are so sorry and the deposit is not refundable you have to choose another one.
Several pictures later a not as short faced puppy is what we settled for with no choice in the matter.
The owner is a real mean spirited person and was nasty and rude when we tried to get our money back.
Save your Christmas money.
If you want a smushy faced mixed breed look up chihuahuas mixed with pugs, shitzus and other flat faced dogs or Try the shelter.
These people are taking advantage of people and we are out alot of money.
Id like to also talk to someone that speaks clear English just once when I call too.
You'd have better luck with the customer service reps from Crick-et.
We will notify the IRS too as they are making alot of money our payment alone was 3500.00.
Lets see if they are claiming this money. I bet not! I want what I paid for.
If it sounds or looks 2 good 2 b true it usually is.
By the way, where are the full grown pups and pictures of these so called flat faced pooches with the new owners. Id love to see updates. I think thats why we only see hands. The few pictures we see are probably family members with photo shopped puppies in their hands. How can all these pooches have the same flat faces and the exact same eyes. Computer enhanced ? Scary.

The OP screws up by making a false report here without proper investigation...then rebuts the business owner several times..I would say that is slander..granted the OP was mistaken.
Then the OP posts a retraction, which was the right thing to do...until the statement "this forum needs to be done away with".
Uhh..everyone who posts on this forum is subject to the same terms..if you don't like it, don't post here. Yes, false reports can hurt a business. But real reports and replies can and do help many victims of scams..and allows consumers a place to share their experience with a business so others can be aware.
The businesses as well have every right to respond..some do, some don't. But that is the way this forum works..no posts are ever edited or deleted. You had no problem using this forum ranting your false accusations..and now you post here that this site is somehow to blame and should be done away with?
I hope I never have to deal with you in any business deal. And stop buying stuff from scammers..maybe if you learned to investigate BEFORE acting, things would not turn out this way and you would not have to be here apologizing or getting scammed or criticizing the forum YOU chose to use to lodge the false report?

I must rewrite this report as since I have found that the person I ordered my dog from was not Ms puppy Connection at all. I was scammed by an Internet frauder. My mom thought we were dealing with ms puppy connection but after sometime have since found out it was a scammer. Yes, we paid alot of money for our dog but actually did not deal with Ms Anderson. I know that rip off reports can hurt a business and I feel really bad and wanted to post the truth. I admit I was pissed about the dog we recieved and it was not a full blooded chihuahua. My mom wanted to get this for me to bring into our line of dogs because it was beautiful we were impressed with the pictures. My mom got a number from a website forum where they sell puppies which is since gone so it was very temporary But They pretended to be working for Ms.Puppy.
Long Story short, This person was a fraud and scammer, so we never got a dog from Ms Anderson or the real puppy conncection.
No wonder these people never contacted us or would give us information about our puppy. The person used the a Anderson name and a phone number that was a 601 number and my mom thought it was legit.
There's alot more to the story but I regret writing such hurting information about Ms, Anderson and wanted to make it right. I have been a victim too of slander and defamation online by other malicious people too. I know first hand that anyone can write anything at anytime with no reguard to hurting someone. I truly am sorry to Ms Anderson and ms puppy connection and want to say once again. She did not sell us our puppy and she was not the breeder or broker that we dealt with.We were taken advantage of by a scammer, I guess and Im out alot of money but felt I had to do what is right to let people know the original post should not have been posted about Ms Puppy connection or Ms Anderson. The number we called doesnt match Ms Andersons at all. This is also why we never got a response. I went to her website thinking I bought her dog and posted the report with her info. I acted Rash and should have waited. I went after the wrong person.ONCE again Im so sorry and had to make this right.We have never dealt with Ms Anderson and wish to apologize to her for making false claims that may have hurt her in any way. We do not know about her dogs and have never dealt with her personally.

Google teacup Japanese Chins and you will see the truth. Compare the low set large eyes, funny noses to all the same looks of the dogs sold by the company MS PUPPY CONNECTION. The breeder whom Ashley sells puppies for has used the Japanese Chin to blend with her purebreds to give that the face you speak of. All colors and coats can result. The people who bought the puppies will have answers why no akc and why the same look on all the puppies.

Just when you think you have seen all the scams you find more. I have not seen a youtube movie yet that shows actual live puppies from MS PUPPY CONNECTION that look anything like the photos. Actually has anyone seen live moving puppies from them in a movie? So far just computer enhanced photos. This Broker is the worst kind of internet crook assuming that consumers are morons. Insist on live action movies of the puppy you are interested in if you desire to purchase from them. Bet ya that you won't find the puppies in the movies looking anything like the fake photos they create.

Re Read the repsonse above from MS PUPPY CONNECTION in response to the devastated customer. MS PUPPY CONNECTION tries to get the reader to think that the customer is just a "jealous" breeder out to hurt her business. This proves exactly how you will be treated by www.mspuppyconnection.com
if you buy a "purebred" dog from them for $3,500 and it ends up being a mutt. If you end up getting a puppy with Parvo or a fatal genetic disease you can look forward to being ignored and then if you come here to warn others you can count on being called a "jealous breeder" . Totally shunned. Complete lack of responsibility for what they did. Agood experience in buying a puppy comes from follow-up treatment once you take the puppy home. Very sick Broker. They enhance photos as you notice ALL puppies in ALL breeds have the same eyes and same short noses. This is a major scammer. Consumer beware. If it looks weird then IT IS!!! Something insane is going on with www.mspuppyconnection.com. No AKC because dogs are not pures. Don't listen to the lies the Broker gives about the AKC. All lies. Stay away from MS PUPPY CONNECTION. FRAUD! Contact the police in her state and make complaints. MS PUPPY CONNECTION stealing deposits as the puppy you deposited on is kept up for sale to how many people?? SCAMMERS!!! Buyers can try contacting the Broker's police department and also the Attorney General in the Broker's state.This is the oddest Broker site Ihave ever seen. It really is not that hard to see the photos are fakes.
