Last month I ordered some clothes online for my son on his birthday, and later that week he found out they were not the authentic brand. So we've been asking for a refund on and on, and was told that it would take a month to get a full refund. So a month passes and we ask them where is the refund and they email us back saying we will check it.

We don't get a response from the seller. I have been writing them everyday for the past month. We've even warned them about reporting this issue and still no response. Now it's almost two months with no refund.

I've clearly told them I just want my money back and not to send the clothes. We hope you can fix this issue for us. Thank you very much
