I made an online order where I talked to a man named James, who told me to WASH the blankets because each time they are washed they get softer and softer. He told me NOTHING about dry cleaning them. He told me he had those same blankets and he loved them and he washed them in cold water.

I told him I only use cold water to wash. I cleaned them and they literally disintegrated into shreds of string. This was on a gentle cycle. I showed them to a friend of mine who was visiting from Quebec, Canada and they were amazed. I called them company and they would DO nothing. They dissed me.

I filed a BBB report in El Paso, TX and the company never responded, so the BBB gave them an addition 2 weeks to reply. They ignored that too. I am a senior citizen, on a fixed income and I'm disabled. I can't afford to throw money away. I paid $5.95 for these 2 blankets. Please help!
