Complaint Review: MSG limited / bestcerakote.com

MSG Limited did a very good job on the two items I had Cerakoted. MSG has a tremendous number of people seeking their coating services. As a result of the huge number of customers, MSG at times can have slightly longer lead times. Regardless, I am happy MSG Limited did my coating work.

MSG Limited, did not keep ir intend to keep my property. The only difficulty we had is that their lead times are in the magnitudes of months and not weeks.

The Owner has called med many timess, finished my work, and shipped my order. The original premise of thje report refered to as a "Rip Off is not Accurate" MSG Limited simply has a huige amount of business and they have really long leaf tims. Their work from the photos I have recieved in the last day look like the work is excellent.

This dispute has been favorably resolved, MSG Limited has stepped up and fixed everything. I no longer have any issues with MSG Limited, and based on the pictures of my products now in shipment, the work quality looks outstanding. It is my intention to remove the complaint entirely, I have not figured out how to remove the original complaint but I am working on it.

MSG Limited did not "rip me off" and despite their long lead times the owner has really stepped up at corrected any and all issues.

I am for real, you have 50 emails from me, I have left many phone messages, and you have my phone number, and we talked 3 months ago. Stop playing games. 

If Mark says I am making this up, then the man has cognitive issues. Is this how you treat someone who has paid you up front.

This flat out is not right, and you know who I am. Please return my property before things get complicated.

OK then, please go over to MSG and find my two complete rigs I sent him 7 months ago and mail it back to me.

I suspect this BS good review is from either the owner, his family, or an employee. I paid in advance and sent MSG $2K worth of parts, and its been 7 months. Does that sound like a great business to you ? Please

Purchased in Feb, Ship MSG parts for two complete "rigs" (300 blk out & std 223) It's now almost August and MSG has not finished my work NOR returned anything. This is absolutely the truth and to date I have not recovered the $2K in parts nor the $270 paid for coating. If it hasn't been stolen then where is it, and why has it not been returned ? I have been in touch with other customers that have the exact same problem with MSG and we plan to recover our losses. We are not going to allow this to go unchecked.   

I am a long time local loyal, customer of MSG Limited.  Although he's an online retailer, I prefer to drive 45 minutes to visit him in person.  I'm always rewarded by his knowledge and experience.  Each and every time I use their services I have always been very impressed.  I have a hard time believing this is a real experience.  I'm concerned this negative review will hurt the business!  ... maybe that's the intent?  I really don't want to go anywhere else for Cerakote or firearms services.  Please, someone arbitrate this complaint!  I can't believe it's from a real customer.

If you ever stop in the store, you'd be impressed with how hard Mark and his staff are working. Despite that, Mark, the owner, always takes time to make sure I know what I want and get what I expect.  I appreciate the effort especially because I know he's always swamped.  His shop is full with work from all over the country.  If he didn't do a good job, why does he have so many repeat customers?  I've seen it first hand - his time is very valuable yet he's always willing to help!  He's always delivered on time for me.  Granted, patterns and artwork will take longer but definitely worth the wait.  And, he communicates expectations.

The last thing I'd expect anyone to complain about would be the quality of his work?!  I've never had less than perfect!  No complaints from me ever.

So my experience is top quality, best prices, and communicates expectations.  What more do you want?  ... oh, and my last experience was 4 pieces brought in at noon and Cerakoted (one color) by 4:30pm!

Update May 28 2017 I purchasced the coatng, have told the absolute  truth.

Mark's responses are nonsensical and  border that of a slight sociapation. I Purchased in Early Feb, May 28 and nothing, $2K in parts, $300 in coating thus far NOTHING..

f he does come through I will update all of my many reviews. I sincirerly hope he does the right thing.

Regarding MSG Cerakote Service 2675 E Main St, Springfield, OH 45503 My parts have been taken ! I purchased a powder coating service for two AR's through Ebay. I paid the Ebay price then Sent sent Mark Schutte/Owner of MSG the complete parts for a 300 black out w/can & a second 223. Both were custom parts mid to high end parts. They received and signed fort my parts in early Feb. The ebay add said 10 days tops. At 30 days I sent him an email and said they were a few days behind. Now at 90 days, MSG is not returning my emails or calls. I sent MSG about $2,000 worth of parts, and paid them $2,300 for the powder coating. I think I have been totally ripped off. My wife told me I was stupid for trusting them, but Mark was a vet and the was good enough for me. I have filled a complaint with the BBB, talked with the local police, and are in discussion with the District Attorney who is in charge of fraud. I really feel stupid for sending someone $2,000 worth of parts for coating and getting ripped off. I am definitely disappointed, and kind of sad/unhappy about the whole thing. I have faith in people and I was made to look like a fool to my friends and wife. May 8th, 2017 After leaving several reviews, and pursuing other available options. "Mark" called me from Las Vegas and said he would find my order on Thursday after he returns late Wednesday night (May 10th, 2017). If "Mark" does what he promised and returns my items, I will amend my original negative reviews and mark them as resolved in an acceptable fashion. (Available Info: Ebay purchase#, Paypal#, Trking#, I am for real) I am very much looking forward to bringing this to a close.

May 26 2017   Chuck UPDATE . . . NOT RESOLVED Chuck May 26 2017 I am a real person and a real person trying to do business with MSG. I have EBAY, Paypal Transaction and tracking delivery #'s . . UPDATE The Owner of MSG Mark Schutte, after multiple complaints through many channels, called me personally two weeks ago and promised that my order would be completed and shipped by this week. It's 5:40pm is Ohio and I have been sent any information and certainly not the tracking number. I continue to expend emails, calls , and other time trying to get my order completed and property back. Unfortunately the drama continues, I am very disappointed. Original order Placed in Feb 2017 current date May 26 2017

In my particular case my order was placed in Feb and we are Days away from June. I do not think it is far to me to have to spend endless request for something I paid for months ago Please pencil in a project completion date and then shipping date. The very first thing is that we are a Federal Firearm Licensed Manufacturer, we are inspected regularly by the ATF, that fact alone is proof that this person is lying.   If their identity was made known they would easily be found quilty of Deframation and libel.  Cerakote does not chip - period.   We have provided service to thousands of customers with no problem.  We perform work for other firearm manufactuers, FBI personnel, police and sheriff personal, military person, gun owners etc.  This person is most likely not even a customer of ours, maybe a competitor.  His bogus claims are easy to rebute & disprove. I am a honorably discharged veteran of the US Army and US Air Force.  You can google "Mark Schutte and hall of valor" , you will find me there proving again -another lie.  I do not have a grand daughter that is 15-16,  she is 7 and doesnt not work for me. LOL.  She has sprayed a part before and while it was very good - it did not belong to a customer- that is the most ridicous thing ever.  I welcome this person to come forward, post your contact info and present yourself - if your telling the truth that should not be an issue, should it?   Please reveal yourself - stand up and back up your statements.
