MSG Limited Sporse (eBay) worldsbestcerakote.com Poor business, false advertising, Zero customer service, multiple negative ratings Springfield Ohio
I sent MSG Limited or Sporse on eBay $1,500 worth of parts to be Cerakoted for $250.00. They received the parts in march 30th and their listing says 7-15 business day turn around. 6.5 weeks later, I have no parts back, a message 2 weeks ago saying they're trying to get orders out. This is very upsetting to see a gun/business owner running a business like this. I have called, I have emailed, I have messaged and I Still no parts. I now believe that my parts are gone and that I can't do anything about it. They false advertise on eBay and then supply zero contact/customer service. I understand some business transactions take time but not providing customer service, feedback and reassurance that your parts haven't been ripped off.

This customers job was completed and returned to him as agreed, this was a custom lightly distressed complete rifle, it had an optic Scope and this caused a delay due to the sensitive masking required to cerakote it. The customer recieved his items and must have liked it as he returned to have another Scope and a 60 round drum magazine done. We always attempt to meet all estimated timeframes. However we will not rush a job just to meet the estimated ship date, we pride ourselves on great workmanship, and if it takes longer to achcieve then it does, we do not guarantee turn times and disclose this in all sales. we do meet timeframes the majority of time. We do hundreds of items a week with out issue. We appreciate our customers and do really try and meet their expectations.

This customers items were completed and shipped, as do all customers items do! He was totally happy with the product and we actually have another project we are completing now for them. The customer replied about and wanted to remove this - however that is not possible. We do thousand of jobs a year and while very few are ever delayed -it happenes. We disclose in all sales, that this can occur. We never want to fail to meet a customer's expectations. The best thing is when a customer such as this one, gets their stuff and send more....

Mark called me today reassuring me that my parts would be finished this week and returned by next week! Thank you!
