Basically, we signed an agreement for helping his company get a contract that never procured anything and has never even closed. So he has kept our funds and decided that cursing us on the phone was good enough to back off! So we have reported his company and him to certain agencies to be on the lookout for other scams and or fraud. Stole 35,000 US dollars and hasn't paid a Penny!
