I purchased a MSI- VOXII USB TvTuner Device for my computer December 15-07. When I hooked it up the first time it wouldn't install on my P4 3.2 gig integrated computer. I contacted the MSI tech support who was totally clueless on how to resolve my problem. I had to figure it out and when I installed a different video card it worked. Since then it won't do what I set it to do. Even though it has a scheduled recording section it would work when it wanted to. This week every time it starts it locks up my computer. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it with no better success. The store that sold it has all sales final so I contacted the tech support of MSI who told me to send the unit to them at my expense. I responded by telling them that it shouldn't be necessary to do that since it was a software issue. Now they won't respond at all.

THIS IS ANOTHER SHINING EXAMPLE OF BUYING CHINA MADE PRODUCTS
