I received an MSI Computer FT200 Bluetooth Headset called "the free talk" this Christmas. It broke after only nineteen days of light/moderate use. I contacted the MSI RMA department, who often never answered the phone and never responded to my emails. After the phone would ring for over ten minutes, they'd send me toa voicemail to leave a message for their RMA people, but they never responded to any of my messages.

They thought that I had a pirated bluetooth headset or something, and took weeks to verify the model number. It turns out that SINCE MY BLUETOOTH HEADSET WAS SENT TO THE STORE IN DECEMBER 2005, MY WARRANTY EXPIRED. I explained to the RMA department that the star key was sitting unopened on a store shelf for three years before I bought it. Then, it broke. Their RMA policy is a scam, it is based off of date the item left the factory, not when you bought it.

Imagine buying a brand new TV from a store and having it break after a 19 days of light use. Then the sales representative says "That was made in Japan 2 years ago, so screw you, buy another one." That is like what happened.
