MSI COMPUTER - Microstar Computers Inc rebate denied Internet

I purchase a video card from newegg.com and completed the cumbersome rebate process. First log on to their website , register everything and print the form and mailed with UPS and receipt. After waiting long long time I decided to contact them. On second request They closed the case with information.

1. they did not get my rebare form.

2. Their policy does not allow the resubmission.

The mail is not not that easily lost in US. If I registered on time eveything why I am not allowed to resubmit. I still have all the copies of everything. They could not find any other reason.

I have received hundreds of rebate, the only one I idid not receive is this one. The worst was I received after nine months. Never happened this bad before. To me it is plain denial.
