MSI Computer
Hummm.where do I start with this company, worst ever!I purchased a MSI mother board ,which turned out to be defective..total price of $71.50.
Called the NON toll free number and let ring for 30 minutes, no one answered it just rings and rings,finally got tech support (Brian)on phone and was treated rudely and told they would not refund my money and hung up on me.This motherboard has a three year warranty,and is less than 3mths old.
After calling again and getting David on the phone(nicer than Brian)I was told that they would replace board with the same junk board but i have to call the RMA number(no answer again)then i got Vince's voice mail and still waiting for his call(LOL)
I also asked to talk to supervisor to file a complaint against Brian's Bad attitude and seems there wasn't one around(funny)and never told me who or how to report him .
all i want is for them to stand behind there product and a little respect as a customer .....soooo bottom line
BUYER BEWARE- RIP OFF, Also I did not receive my 20.00 rebate on this board either(that's another story)

well,i just wanted to update my complaint,after allot of headaches with MSI , circuit city refunded all of my money,thank you circuit city. and MSI rebate came too after calling and complaining.Will I ever do Business with MSI computer? NO !
