msi credit solutions lied and cheated me out of 1000 dollars that was for home closing frisco Texas
This company ia theives and are allowed to operate in the us what a crime was told from beginning that thw deposit I gave was to be used for when I found a home this is not true thier lender never called me back for several months now that im closing on a home this money is no where to be found I paid 99 a month for services rendered which was slow to say the least since I was on a fast track plan not true inquired several times about my deposit amd whay happens when I find a house there lender they set me up with did mothing for months had to find find onw lender now they state since I didnt use then I forfeited the money this is a scam that they play even if I used their lender come to find out there one in the same they wo I ld just play around with numbers so it looks like me deposit was used when it wasnt now im closing on a hime and this suppose deposit I gave them they qill not release im a fully disabled veteran and every pwnny counts and they have offer no solution except to stop with the lender I have now and switch to theirs after the lies amd bs I think not long thia company shoud honor there contracts and had a shred of integerity which they dont something needa to be done about this company of they will continue to operate they way they do sincerely redmond b (((REDACTED)))

If msi is claiming that they dint have the 1000 dollar deposit and that it was passed along to a lender then why is it taking them so lomg to het tgis information this is exactly what I am talking about with this company the run around game who has the deposit and what is their contact info not providing that information shows my money is still here and they never sent it to a lender

Well since this lender went above and beyond to do nothing and keep my money the problem lies here so I would like the lenders name and xontack info so I can speak to the directly and resole this matter since it is illeage to hold money with no contract and no purchased property if your job was done we would not be in this situation ill be waiting for the information requested

First I want to start off by congratulating you on your improved credit scores that we helped you with and your new home that you are closing on February 14, 2014.
We are disappointed to hear you are unhappy. You have been calling us over and over cursing at our employees and writing bad reviews about our company. Like we told you over the phone you may have a misunderstanding in respect to the language of our agreement. We sent a copy of your signed agreement for your review but you still insist on a 1k refund. Like our agreement states, the 1k credit is if you go back and close with the lender that referred you to us. You chose to close with another lender therefore it is impossible for the lender that referred you to credit you this amount.
This issue should not be with MSI as we have done our part and helped increase your credit scores. The issue is with the lender that referred you! You will be getting a cease and desist from our attorney's soon.
