MSI is holding over U$ 10,000.00 in credit card transactions without explanation.
I am going to FBI and Supreme court against them.

Sergio signed a contract with MSI, Merchant Services to process credit card sales. The contract stipulated that the company would be processing all of its sales as swiped. When their first transaction came through it was keyed in/manual entry, which is a violation of the contract. This prompted an automatic hold on the account until supporting documentation and explanation is received.

After we received documents for the sales in question from Sergio, we noticed that several other parameters on the contract were incorrect. Because of this discovery, his account will remain on hold until all information is fully verified.

This was explained to Sergio on several occasions.
