Complaint Review: MSN.COM Internet Access Company

Short and to the point: Called a MSN person reference accessing the internet through MSN, hoping that their servers were faster than the company I am presently with (C2i2.com.

After waiting a month or thereabouts, for the MSN software that the guy I spoke with on the telephone assured me would be at my place in a couple of days, I decided to forget the whole internet access provider changing scheme of things.

In October, 2001 I called MSN to cancel the account. The person advised me that everything would be taken care of.

In November, 2001, I called MSN about their charge appearing on my bill and got the run around, but was able to speak with someone else who assured me that this would be taken care of and that the payment I made would be credited to my account.

December 17, 2001 and MSN is still charging me money for something that I have never used! Although the lady did say that they didn't charge me twice for the same month while I am looking at my telephone bill with the charge on it as well as a charge that was suppose to have been a credit (?)

Oh, yeah!!!! What ever you do DO NOT deal with MSN Internet Access. Their way of doing business is no business at all, it's a rip off.
