Complaint Review: Msn Internet Service

Im with aol, microsoft when i called to see what there programs were avalible, i agreed to go to msn, then at the same time canceled out.because I didn't like there set up it to me was very confusing.being a new computer user.

after cancelation I can't get the msn program out of my system,I then called hewlet packard and they told me that i was having online crashs beacause of msn.was blocking the internet now this problem stays with me. when i called msn back thy said it wasn't ther proplom.these people will do anything to get your bisuness.
