MSPY Sold a product that did not work as advertised.

Purchased 10/15/19. Told the software would work on Iphone. Purchased New iphone 12/25/19 and the software never worked. Multiple chats stating escalation to billing but nothing happened.  I would keep receiving responses to try the same thing over and over.
I purchased the software on 10/15/19. I specifically asked if it would work without jailbreak and on both an android and an iphone. I was told yes it would and purchased the software. It worked on the android with some limitations because it wasn't jail broken per what I was told but it was ok. The problems started as soon as we purchased an iphone for our teenager on 12/25/19 as it never worked.

I was told to try the same procedures of deleting backup and adding the phone again to the account and turn off two factor authentication repeatedly and nothing worked. I was told they had problems with the new IOS version 13 and it would be fixed in a week. I was then told two weeks it would be fixed and I wouldn't be billed for the time it wasn't working. My expiration date never changed and they kept trying to tell me the same procedures again. I saved my chat logs and showed them and then it because they would escalate it to billing. I was repeatedly told it would be escalated to billing but received no reply from billing.

I was sent an email stating I would hear from billing within 48 hours and I have yet to hear from them.  I was lastly told that I now needed to turn off two factor authentication, create a new apple id and jailbreak my phone.  I want refunded as this program did not work as advertised.
