Complaint Review: Mstar Trading Group A.k.a Mstar Technology Store

I ordered a computer part from this company based on a listing on www.pricewatch.com, a very respectable free price indexing service for the computer parts market.

I placed the order in good faith online and awaited a response, the next day.... no e-mail confirmation at all. 2-days.....nothing. Then on the third day I decided to call their office number listed on their website and my invoice. Went through their silly call sorting tree only to get to mailboxes that were full! Tried again the next day and the next. Finally I e-mailed them to cancel the order and not charge my card so I could order the part from a competing company paying $20 more for the part. But they sent it anyway and charged my card. I did not know they did this until I received the package as I never received any sort of confirmation. Not only that, but they also sent me a product that was opened and look "used" and had parts missing.

I doubt I will ever hear from this customer. BUt I've faxed, called and e-mailed several times.
