MT Merrill Constr4uction - Affiliated Realty $30,000 Scandal Hit Hard Trying to Rectify We Have an Attorney! Orem Utah
We were also victims of MT Merrill and Affiliated Realty. We have the opportunity to do something about this scandal, but we need your help. We have lost a great deal of money on this and we are very upset that they might get away with this in Utah. We signed contracts in April 2003. Our house was supposed to have been completed Sept. of 2003. They didn't break ground until August of 2003, so the completion date was changed to Nov. of 2003. From then the completion date changed month to month until April 2004!!!! We lost our home three weeks prior to closing. They told us no leins were on the house, but when we lost it, there were over eight leins and two judgements!
