The gastric team at Mt. Sinai,  never gave a CT scan during my 9 months of agony, while a malignant tumor was growing in my small bowel. They said I was constipated, diverticulitis which I had but continued to lose weight, it was irritable syndrome, and that it was my depression.  After a 3 day stay, I was discharged from Mt. Sinai with undiagnosed cancer. The radiologist said in my medical records "giving the patient a small bowel series would be of no help."  That's where the cancer was! They ignored it.

After losing trust with Mt. Sinai, plus 40 pounds, I really felt Mt. Sinai was letting me die.  I went to the City Hospital. They found a malignant tumor as large as an apple in my small bowels. It had metastasized throughout my peritoneum. I am now terminal, thanks to Mt. Sinai's neglect by the gastric team. My IMA doctor agreed with the diagnosis of constipation.  I had all the signs of small bowel cancer and it was ignored.

Lawyers won't sue Mt. Sinai because I'm told that hospital has powerful lawyers and doctors. The Cochran firm said it would take $45,000 and they did not want to chance my case and lose money. They are not for the poor, I see.  I've learned that it takes money to win a lawsuit.  You have only to look online by searching "Mt. Sinai NYC Lawsuits."  There are so many.  This hospital was declared the no. 3 best in NYC.  I hate to think of the other hospital's care.

I don't feel sorry for myself, the Lord will take care of those who have hurt me. "Revenge is mine saith the Lord."  and I will pray to God for my revenge.
