MTE Financial Services Ripoff Carson City Nevada
This company MTE Financial Services is not a good payday loan company to deal with. Last week on Friday 01/11/2008 they have taken amounts for $90, $200 and $300 from my checking account and I have incured over $100 in overdraft fees because of this. I've sent this company 2 e-mails that they were no longer allowed to debit from my account they still did it anyway. Do not deal with this company

I feel sorry for people who deal with these bloodsuckers.
Read your loan contract: it probably says that, basically, they can suck away ALL of your money.
There is pressure mounting in SC to ban payday loan and title loan companies outright.
These payday loan and title loan companies are too numerous to count in the poorer areas.

Do not contact them by email. Send a registered letter, it costs a few bucks but then you have a receipt they received it. Emails are mostly ignored or just deleted. The registered letter says you mean business. See if your bank will stop 'automatic' withdrawals and e-checks.
